Strength for the days you feel like giving up.
Not every day feels strong. Not every moment feels hopeful. And sometimes, you don't need a strategy, you need strength.
Verses of Resilience: Poems for the Soul is a collection of powerful, soul-stirring reflections designed to meet you in your hardest moments and remind you that you still have the strength to keep moving forward.
Step into the life you were meant to build.
Awareness changes you. But action defines you.
Once you begin to understand your thoughts and break limiting beliefs, a new question emerges: Who do I become now?
This book is about expansion. It's about moving beyond fear, hesitation, and the version of yourself that once felt small.
Master your mind before it masters you.
Every decision you make, every emotion you feel, every doubt you carry begins with a thought.
But what if the problem isn't your situation — it's the patterns behind your thinking?
This book helps you recognize the invisible loops shaping your reality, challenge unconscious assumptions, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Destroy the lies that define your limits.
Some of the most powerful barriers in your life are invisible.
They sound like: “I'm not good enough.” “I'm not ready.” “I can't do this.”
Through reflection and awareness, this book helps you expose the beliefs that keep you small, challenge the stories you've accepted, and replace them with a stronger internal narrative.
Four books. One journey forward.
Different questions. Different chapters. One shared purpose — to help you understand yourself, strengthen your inner life, and keep moving forward.

Verses of Resilience came at the right time and resonated deeply with my experience over the past four to five years, but especially over the course of the past six months. It is as you said in my favorite of the poetry pieces, the voice of the soul resonates clearly to those who sit and listen. Thank you for your work. Thank you for paying your wisdom forward.
Franck has clearly shown us the other side of himself with the gifts and talents he has in bringing this book to fruition. Based on the relationship he had with his dad, I can see in Franck's disposition where he got his resources from that encouraged him to write this book.
May the LORD bless you with tenacity to go on and write more books.
As I am reading Franck's book, I am inspired. The way he talks about our needs, using Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, is wonderful and is something I never thought about. Now I have, and I thank Franck for that.
A very good, inspiring, and thoughtful book.
I think all the poems are great — hard to pick just one. Verses of Resilience is a great book.
I learned that I like poems again.
