  1. Digital Product Policy (Ebooks & Downloads)

All products sold on www.selfesteams.com are digital downloads (ebooks).

Due to the nature of digital content:

👉 All sales are final.
👉 We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Once an ebook has been purchased and delivered, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned.

 

  1. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

We may offer a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • You did not receive your ebook due to a technical issue
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to resolve the issue
